Cooperative Game Analysis Of E-agriculture Platform In Government-enterprise Cooperation Mode

Since the beginning of the21century, with the deepening of china’s reform and opening-up and the development of the market economy, more and more attention is focused on the rural economy. Agriculture is a typical traditional industry, with a wide geographical distribution, agricultural products with seasonal changes in volatility, little kinds of standardized products and peasants of little education, resulting in great natural risk and market risk. The current stage, our achievements are great, but urban and rural economy has become one of the main factors restricting China’s rapid economic growth. The circulation of agricultural products and the traditional transaction have become an important factor to hinder rural economic development and the income of peasants.E-agriculture project is a significant measure to promote the informationization of the rural areas, to speed the rural reform and to help peasants to increase income. It should be useful to solute the "san nong" matter and eliminate the digital divide in urban and rural areas. With the sustaining and in-depth implementation of expanding domestic demand strategy, a platform is needed to disseminate the agricultural products and the theories of the rural development. And the development of e-agriculture platform must be an important element of the new rural construction. At the same time, e-agriculture platform is the information carrier to achieve a variety of activities and the core and foundation of the e-agriculture system. Therefore it’s important to explore and study the e-agriculture platform for the development of e-agriculture.This article based on the cooperative game theory, Starting from the behave of the participant, analysis the distribution of the benefit of the union to make the union steady. At the beginning, this article describes the related concepts and characteristics of e-agriculture and PPP mode. Then, this paper within the background of the need and the current problems of china’s agriculture to e-agriculture, pointed out the theoretical and practical significance of this study, then proposed that china should developed a government-enterprise cooperation e-agriculture platform. By reviewing e-agriculture researches of domestic and foreign and studying the theories of quasi-public goods and cooperative game, this article adopts ISM to analysis the e-agriculture platform in PPP mode and Construct the distribution of benefits of a cooperative game model. Finally, gives some policy recommendations to the development of e-agriculture.
