Research On Core Competitiveness Evaluation&cultivation Of Hs Information System Supervision Company

Since the 1990 s,the investment of domestic government organs,enterprises and institutions in information projects has shown an obvious upward trend.Taking government agencies as an example,e-government related resources development and utilization,information security and other businesses are gradually active.In addition to the strong support of government agencies,enterprises and institutions have gradually implemented information systems,and become an important push to support the transformation of traditional business to new business,information technology has gradually become an important source of corporate profits.With the implementation and application of the information system,each demand unit is increasingly dependent on the information system.However,at the same time,the risks related to the operation of the information system also follow,and the information system supervision arises at the historic moment.Information supervision units have effectively played the role of "four control,three management and one coordination" in the process of project development.According to statistics,there are 294 enterprises with information system qualification in China.In recent years,the state has issued policies to relax the investment scale of enterprises,encouraging superior enterprises to enter the information supervision industry,in order to guide the healthy development of the industry.The information system supervision industry has presented the phenomenon that the number of enterprises is increasing and the market share is divided.As the author's inaugural unit-HS company,only by shaping unique advantages and forming a unique ability different from competitors to maintain and expand market share in the fierce market competition,the core competitiveness identification and cultivation research is imminent.In this paper,Tibet Huasheng Information System Co.,Ltd.as the research object,based on the thinking of resource theory to carry out the identification of core competitiveness research.Firstly,the paper introduces the background and purpose of the topic,and forms a literature review on the basis of reading,sorting out and summarizing the existing research results at home and abroad.The second chapter is a theoretical introduction chapter,which includes the core competitiveness and characteristics,core competitiveness identification methods,information system engineering and characteristics,information system engineering supervision.Chapter 3 gives a brief introduction to HS company and its basic situation on the basis of reviewing the development of the industry;Chapter 4 is the main chapter of the article-the identification and evaluation of the core competitiveness of HS company.This chapter first identifies the existing resources and capabilities of HS company systematically.In the process of competitiveness evaluation,the method of high-standard positioning is used.The result shows that HS company has 6 competitiveness factors.Next,the article uses the characteristics of core competitiveness as a screening factor,combined with the evaluation of the importance of factors weight and competitiveness performance score comprehensive analysis results that HS company has formed a total of two core competitiveness.Finally,the cultivation requirements of core competitiveness.The contributions of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the idea of resource theory,the research on HS Corporation's resource and capability identification-competitiveness identification-core competitiveness evaluation has been carried out,which provides a complete set of research methods for other domestic enterprises to carry out core competitiveness research;(2)Referring to the excellent research results and combining information supervision.Based on the current situation of HS company and industry,the suitable core competitiveness evaluation model is applied to the core competitiveness identification of HS company,and the quantitative evaluation results of the existing core competitiveness of HS company are determined through the study,which provides valuable guidance for the core competitiveness cultivation of HS company.
