To reduce the cost of purchasing raw materials, under the fierce competition of building trade, this article analyzes and makes material purchasing plan about ZTJG Company based on the material purchasing cost control related theory, and ZTJG Company material purchasing situation. In the end, summarize the general steps of material purchasing plan in the company considered actual material purchasing plan analysis and establishment.This thesis deals with how to reduce the purchasing cost as the main line. Firstly, this article describes the research background, significance of purchasing cost reduction. Secondly, take ZTJG Company as an example to analyze the specific cost management problems, which need to reduce procurement costs urgently, so combined with a variety of management theory and practical experience, develop the material purchase plan and realize the lowest purchasing cost to make company obtain better cost control and gain competitive advantage.The article took actual situation as the example, cited universal material purchasing problem existed in ZTJG Company, to solve these problems thoroughly, analyze and develop effective material purchasing plan. First of all, from the operation and material purchasing aspect, the third chapter introduce high cost problem in ZTJG Company at present, the reason is the company’s materials purchasing mainly concentrated in higher cost area such as Europe and the United States, material standardization degree is lower as well. Secondly, to ensure the effective material purchasing plan, based on current main problem of material purchasing, the fourth and fifth chapter for material procurement problems, to change the material distribution in high cost areas and implement material purchasing transfer, improve material standardization rate and make reasonable materials purchase plan. Thirdly, from the whole material purchasing cost reduction, the sixth chapter do analysis material planning effectiveness, summed up related to materials purchasing planning methods and implementation steps based on actual purchasing operations, application of the article reflects the author’s observation on material purchasing problem and the ability to solve problems; it has the innovation significance to cite relative purchasing theory for reference, make and analyse material purchasing plan; it is worth mentioning that the article are quite different from past purchase problem discussion such as how to improve supplier performance, how to standardize procurement operation, how to reduce purchase prices, its core is put in the fundamental solution to the problem, namely through the material purchasing area transfer and enhance the degree of standardization to change the purchasing cost high phenomenon, which has very strong practical significance.
