Benefit Analysis Of Implementing Cyclic Economy OfJISCO

With the mankind stepping into the new millennium, many countries have gradually turned the concept of sustainable development into a way of feasible practice. The most significant evidence is that developing knowledge economy and cyclic economy has become two particular practical approaches for the global society to promote sustainable development. Among these two approach, cyclic economy has been accepted as a future method for development because of its closed looping economic model of "resources—products and services—resources" which has surpassed the traditional economic mode. Especially for those developing countries which are currently in the process of industrialization, developing cyclic economy not only can reach rapid economic growth, but also prevent environment and ecology from deteriorating.This paper endeavors to coordinated by the theories of cyclic economy, industrial organization, industrial ecology, regional economics and sustainable development, standing on the present development status of JISCO and Jiayuguan City, emulating the experience of cyclic economy development both from home and abroad, uniting the requirements of scientific development value and forming harmonious society in order to points out that the advantage of Jiayuguan City implementing cyclic economy:Forming the system of industrial cyclic economy based on centering the JISCO. Then, illustrates the major tasks that JISCO has to do for promoting cyclic economy, analyses the economic benefit for JISCO, also the environment and social benefit of Jiayuguan City when JISCO implementing cyclic economy, more, this paper extrapolates the prospective positive effects for the economic growth of Jiayuguan City of implementing cyclic economy by JISCO.
