Assessment Of Water Ecological Value And Research On Water Cyclic Economy In Dalian City

With the economy developing at a flying speed, people require more from water resource, so water cycle of the city are facing an unexampled huge pressure. As a result, with the meaning of water recycling economy, how to make a fully use of recycling water to get an good ecological and economical benefit becomes a urgent problem.In order to solve the problem of city- water ecosystem service function and water-recycling decision making, this paper focus on:1 On the basis of studying the water ecosystem service function, combining the case of Dalian, this paper firstly divides the Dalian water ecosystem service function into freshwater supplying, conditioning, environment purity and entertainment, four categories, and then individually uses correspond approaches get the result that between 2001 and 2005. Dalian water ecosystem service function has been destroyed to some degree. And the paper also analyzes the natural condition and political factors that influence the water ecosystem service function, and studies the ways and route that combine the research about water ecosystem service function and water resource management.2 On the basis of meaning of water-recycling economy and regularity, according to the strategies of different country, this paper promotes an operating style and technical support system for the Dalian water recycling economy. Apply this achievement into the study of Malan River basin: propose the solid executive step and technical integration routine, enrich the theory of water recycling economy, supply a example of practice the city water recycling economy and make a model of solving water environment quality problem and slow the water lack problem.3 This paper made the benefit and expense of water recycling clearer, and discussed the approach to analyze the benefit and expense of water recycling, which enriched the water recycling economy effect evaluation theory. With the Malan River waste water treating and reuse project as an example, the paper calculate the expense and benefit water recycling economy, analyzed the economical rationality of the project, and supply a reference for other water recycling cases.
