With the continuous development of global economy and economic diversification, both the enterprise operating mode and the external business climate had undergone great changes. In China, the synthetic diamond industry has come into a crowded and competitve era. All the related enterprises, for improving their own market share, not only focus on corporate R&D investment, but also adjust the marketing mode. Further more, they propose the’market-oriented’ production concept in order to obtain sufficient working capital from the market. It is necessary to analyze and establish marketing strategy for enterprise development.This paper, taking Henan Huanghe Whirlwind Co.,Ltd(600172.SH) as the object of study, applying the basic marketing theory, analyzed and studied the status quo of the marketing strategies of Huanghe Whirlwind Co. Especially the market positioning, market subdivision and the market mix strategy. It also studies the market challenges and opportunities as well as the internal advantages and disadvantages of Huanghe Whirlwind Co. with the SWOT analysis method.
