In China, the real estate enterprises are facing the tight monetary policy, and unbalance of the supply and demand these years. Small and middle sized real estate enterprises have met the fiercely challenges and competitions. Due to these reasons, the scientific and suitable strategy of management is significantly needed. This paper analyses one of the small and middle sized real estate enterprises, JR real estate limited company, and make an appropriate strategic plan in order to enhance the organization effectiveness, get the competitive advantage, and contribute to other enterprises in the same industry. The author analyses the external and internal factors, the history of the development of the real estate industry in Gansu province, and the competitors. Many models and tools are used, for example, Porter’s five forces, SWOT, EFE, IFE, QSPM etc. In addition, an explicit understanding which is about the situation of JR Company is exposed. Finally, a scientific strategy plan is made.
