Quality management system of China food industry is quite perfect and most of the food enterprises have established quality management system and authorized by certificates as well, specialy those interprises who have confered "China Famous Brand" before. However, there are still many food safety incidents such as "Melamine","Sudan red","Lean meat powder"occured recently and which led to credit crisis of China food industry.The article is focused on L company, firstly, using theory analysis method, pointed out those defects such as "formalization","documentation" that existed in currently China food quality management system. Secondly, using current situation analysis method, studied the necessity and feasibility of food quality and safety management informationization establishment in L company specialy the current background of food credit crisis. Besides, using project designing method, discussed the objective, function and implementation of food quality and safety management informationization including establishment of data base, definition of process and project realization in L company. Finaly, using inductive method, raised the proposal of food quality and safety management informationization establishing in L company based on above analysis.In addition, the article given the futher discussion about guarantee mechanism of food qulity and safty management informationization implementing in L company, meanwhile summarized conclusions and future outlook.
