In recent years, along with the gradual deepening of global economic integration process, more and more enterprises expand their business and Promotes the competitive power unceasingly through Mergers and Acquisitions, Mergers and Acquisitions has become a vital way for corporate development and the efficient allocation of national resources. Since1980, the growing Mergers and Acquisitions activities began to attract the attention of many executives and academics. However, the real success in a large number of Mergers and Acquisitions activities is not much. Mergers and Acquisitions survey report shows that about70%of the Mergers and Acquisitions situation is not optimistic. Mergers and Acquisitions fail mainly because the post-merger integration work is poor, especially the integration of human resources. In such circumstances, many scholars at home and abroad study and research efficient directions and form of mergers and acquisitions. These series of research findings are certain reference value of M&A activities, but the study and research in human resource integration for mergers and acquisitions activities is less.The focus of this study is human resources integration in mergers and acquisitions, while the scholars research about integrate theory with all stages of the instance in the form of mergers and acquisitions. In particular, the reference QC mergers and acquisitions CM Company empirical analysis of the preparation stage of the enterprises in mergers and acquisitions, human resource management issues is very important, the point of solutions which propose the integration of human resources in mergers and acquisitions mainly include three great strategies, stable strategy, training strategy and incentive strategy. These three strategies are indispensable and complement each other,. Stable strategy of human resources focus on the stability of the organization, the establish of the merger integration team, strengthen exchanges and communication, remain excellent talents and careful processing mode of implementation about the layoff policy; training of human resources strategy for implemental key points description of the redundant personnel changing of the guard training and corporate cultural training; HR incentive strategy stressed important strategic meaning of establishment of a shared strategic vision, and proposed a combination of actual measures of material incentives and spiritual incentives.In this paper, we use combination methods of theory and Practice, Human Resource Management is the key to the success of mergers and acquisitions, with having a certain theoretical guidance and practical significance in Business management practice.
