From the nineteenth century up to the present, there are five big Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) all over the world. Although through mergers, enterprise can expand its scales and strengthen its core competition, while in fact, eighty percent of the mergers are fail, and we can find that these failures have something to do with human resources problems. Based on this, human resources integration (HRI) in enterprises M&A are studied in this paper. Firstly is the introduction of HRI in M&A in enterprises, summarize the problems aroused in M&A. Secondly, we introduce the strategy of HRI in M&A. Firstly, adjusting the organize structure so as to build the flat roof of HR, appraising the ability of managers objectively and prudently, and acquiring the active cooperation of the managers. Finally, it is analyzed and estimated separately the positive case (merger between Cisco and Cerent) and the negative case (acquisition between HongKong yafang and Yimian).
