The Study Of The Relationship Between China’s Income Distribution And Industrial Structure

In recent years, with the rapid development of our economy, economy also appeared a fewproblems, such as inhabitant income gap continues to expand, industrial structure is unreasonable and so on,this paper analyzes the distribution of income and industrial structure, as well as the relationship betweenthem. The most obvious problem of China’s current income distribution is the income gap continued towiden. This paper analyzes the indexes such as high and low income households in the income gapbetween urban residents, high and low income households in the income gap between rural residents, theincome gap between urban and rural residents, the income gap between different regions, the income gapbetween different industries, China’s Gini coefficient change. Overall, China’s income gap is widening.Thispaper analyzes China’s current industry structure conditions through thrice Industrial in the proportion ofgross domestic product and thrice industrial employment ratio. China’s output value of primary industry inthe proportion of gross domestic product decreased, the output value of the tertiary industry in theproportion of gross domestic product rose, the output value of the second industry in the proportion ofgross domestic product unchanged on the whole, although the tertiary industry output value in GDP rising,but the developed countries in Europe and America the tertiary industry output value accounted for theproportion of gross domestic product in70%, and in2010in China, the tertiary industry output valueaccounted for the proportion of gross domestic product of only43%, so China’s main problem of presentindustrial structure is the tertiary industry is insufficient in the proportion of national economy, so weshould develop the tertiary industry energetically.This paper analyzes the relationship between China’s income distribution and industrial structurein theory and empirical respectively, in theory this paper analyzes the path of Income distribution impact onindustrial structure and the path of industrial structure impact on income distribution,wherein there arethree pathes of the income distribution impact on industrial structure, these are the changes in incomedistribution affects consumer demand and cause the change of industrial structure; the changes in incomedistribution influence the flow of labor force and cause the change of industrial structure; changes inincome distribution affect firm demand changes then cause changes in industrial structure. This paperanalyzes the status quo of China’s income distribution and the status quo of China’s industrial structure and the relationship between them empirically through collect and Collate the relevant data in the real economyrun. This paper concludes that there is interaction between income distribution and industrial structure andempirical analysis of China’s income distribution and industrial structure has confirmed it after thetheoretical and empirical analysis of the relationship between income distribution and industrialstructure.Finally, this paper pointed out that some of the problems that exist in the current distribution ofincome and industrial structure, and put forward my proposals on these issues.
