The2008global financial crisis, with the US subprime mortgage crisis as the clue, has certain impact on the economy of every country in the world. Under this background, analyzing the effect of the crisis scientifically as well as judging the developing trend of the present global financial crisis have significant realistic meaning to maintain the stability of our country’s economy and the construction of economic theory. When coping with the crisis, our government adheres to the guidance of economic theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, makes positive policies and laws, improves our country’s economic system gradually, and complies with the developing trend of the time. To understand and analyze the economic theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics correctly and apply it to the economic activities scientifically can promote economic development and improve comprehensive national power more effectively.Through analyzing the origin and cause of world financial crisis as well as the situation of our country’s economic construction, the paper aims to grasp our country’s economic construction direction essentially. Our government starts from China’s basic national condition, adheres to the guiding ideology of Marx’s scientific socialism, grasps the economic construction theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics firmly, and guides the economic developing of our country correctly. Based on that, this paper puts forward the future economic developing path, that is, to adhere to the scientific path of economic construction theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, which is suitable for our country’s basic national condition.
