After Understood the various classes of risk that may exist in logistics outsourcing, we need to study the potential risk in detail, so that it can facilitate the enterprise to make the decision of logistics outsourcing, and rapid response to the risks in the outsourcing, strangle them in the cradle, so it is necessary for us to study the risks of logistics outsourcing. At the same time, it is conducive to correctly identify the potential risk in logistics outsourcing, we should focused on the risks that often happen and are much dangerous to enterprises in the future. So that we can use limited resources to create more value.The risks of logistics outsourcing have been studied by section、step-by-step, there are many evidences in the paper, First, the risks of logistics outsourcing was studied from the aspects of research background, significance, status review, and then get the conclusion that it is very necessary to make the study from the compare between domestic and international Research. Second, benefitschallenges and reasons of the risks exist in outsourcing process to enterprise has been studied. Third, the model of logistics outsourcing risk assessment will be built. After comparing the Pros and cons of many commonly used risk assessment, and then found that risk matrix is more suitable for risk assessment of the logistics outsourcing. The risk matrix method mentioned in this article is Improvement one which is on the basis of the original method, which is base on the principle of risk-matrix method, combined with the Delphi method, the Borda sequence value method, and the level of analysis. The method has made quantitative assessment to logistics outsourcing risks, and sequence each risk according to the Borda sequence value. Fourth, after elaborating on the above issues, built a risk index system with the principle of completeness, scientific, relative independence, sensitivity, etc. In total, built five-level indicators,16secondary indicators. Fifth, this paper, Logistics Outsourcing event of Company A was quoted in this paper, and then the writer assessed the risks strictly according with the improved risk matrix7-step.
