Evaluation Research On Business Risks Of Chinese Multinational Enterprises-Based On Risk-matrix Method

Currently,ration risk analysis is an important research aspect,there are a lot of quantitatively methods to assay risk,the academic community has yet to form a unified approach.For multi-national corporations,it is essential to assess and prevent business risk.Operational risk is not only one of the most important risks that transnational enterprises encounter.,but also a vital reason which led to failures of many of China's overseas investment enterprises in recent years,as more and more enterprises of China's move toward internationalization of the road,the business risk is becoming more and more complex.In order to make the road of cross-border operations of Chinese enterprises smooth,we need to explore a representative risk assessment approach for the majority of enterprises to use and reference to.Firstly,ChapterⅠof this paper describes the purpose and significance of the topics to assess business risk that multi-national corporations encounter.And defines the related concepts,ChapterⅡreviews the theoretical and empirical literature of the assessment studies about business risks both at home and abroad,and finds out that the risk assessment in the past mainly focus on The analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and its comprehensive studies.But both methods have shortcomings.ChapterⅢintroduces a new method of risk assessing,risk matrix method,and analyzes its applicability of assessing business risks.Through the above analysis,this paper selects the risk matrix method to assess the business risks Chinese mutinational enterprises encounter,according to the needs of analysis,ChapterⅣdoes a qualitative analysis on the business risks Chinese mutinational enterprises face,reviews the development course of transnational operations for Chinese enterprises,classifies the business risks of Chinese mutinational enterprises,then analyzes the trends of them.ChapterⅤconcretely describes how to use the risk matrix method to assess the business risks Chinese mutinational enterprises face,and takes the Minmetals to acquire OZ as an example,explores the merits and applicability of this approach to analyze business risks of multinational enterprises.After the above analysis,this paper concludes that,risk matrix method is applicable to assess the business risks Chinese mutinational enterprises encounter,and there is a wide range of promotional value...
