Research On Risk Identification And Control Of Enterprises Logistics Outsourcing

Logistics outsourcing comes from the application of the core competence theory. It has been proved that risks are associated with benefits in the process of logistics outsourcing. In the process of logistics outsourcing, the enterprise cannot benefit from it, and even faces the inestimable loss, if managers cannot analyze, evaluation and control effectively. Therefore, it is a very meaningful research topic to analyze, evaluate and control risks.Fristly, from the study of logistics outsourcing and risk theory, the dissertation summarizes and reviews the current risk controlling situation on logistics outsourcing at home and abroad. It analyzes the concept and process of the risk management, and discusses the content of logistics outsourcing risk control from two aspects of service quality and cost control. Then it analyzes the influencing factors of logistics outsourcing.Secondly, the logistics outsourcing risks are identified and evaluated based on Risk Matrix and AHP methods. The risk factors of logistics outsourcing are arranged according to the conclusion of risk evaluation matrix, and the paper gives the key risks of logistics outsourcing.Thirdly, this dissertation puts forward cybernetics as a control method into the risk management of logistics outsourcing and this undoubtedly provides a new perspective and a new idea for risk management in the process of logistics outsourcing. Controlling is the basic element of cybernetics and the risk controlling is an important link in risk management of outsourcing, so it is feasible to apply cybernetics in logistics outsourcing risk management and it has great superiority. The dissertation introduces open-loop controlling system and closed-loop controlling system into it, elaborates the risk of logistics outsourcing from three aspects, including feed-forward controlling, process controlling and feedback controlling.Finally, the dissertation selects a food enterprise as an example, puts forward risk matrix method and cybernetics into the actual controlling of logistics outsourcing risk management in the enterprise, it can be more targeted, accurate and effective which provides the theoretical basis for enterprises.
