Research On Risk Analysis And Control Of Power Coal Supply Chain

Power coal supply chain has a very important role in ensuring a stable supply of electricity and promoting national economic development. Therefore, Power coal supply chain risk analysis and control research is not only conducive to maintaining their own security operations, but also ensure regular supply of electricity and stable development of economy.This paper takes power coal supply chain as the research object, and discusses it deeply from risk identification, risk assessment and risk control three aspects. Firstly, based on deep research of supply chain risk management, the paper defines power coal supply chain system and describes its issues in details, and then elaborates the risk identification and analysis problem of power coal supply chain. And the paper combines power coal supply chain risk identification principles and methods, analyzes the risk factors of the power coal supply chain in details. Secondly, based on risk identification of the power coal supply chain, the paper constructs the corresponding index system. The paper combines AHP method, risk matrix method and the Borda method effectively, and then proposes a power coal supply chain risk assessment method which is based on AHP and risk matrix method. The proposed method is not only simple, but also eliminates the adverse effects in the risk matrix method, and then achieves a qualitative and quantitative risk assessment outcome. Thirdly, combining the risk identification and assessment of the power coal supply chain, the paper presents targeted risk control measures and system. Finally, applying the proposed method and model to A power coal supply chain, the paper analyses and evaluates the existing risk factors and their levels, and then puts forward scientific and effective preventive measures.
