The training of human resources has an important impact on the development of enterprises.A company gives a high degree of attention to the training of internal staff in recent years.However,due to the staff structure and content of the training system is relatively backward,resulting in the company's training quality is not high,and the training effect is poor.So how to improve and optimize the staff training system to improve the quality of staff training is an important challenges faced by A company in the development process.The optimization and improvement of A company staff training system is discussed and analysis in this thesis and a specific optimization program is proposed in the study work.In the course of the research,this thesis analyzes the current situation of A's current staff training system,and analyzes the shortcomings and problems from the training system level,the training course level,the training resource level and the training management process level,etc.Then,this thesis puts forward the basic principles and the whole train of thought of the optimization design of the staff training system,and gives the optimal design from the aspects of training organization system,training system,training course system,training resource system and training management process.And the specific optimization measures in the program are introduced in detail,and the optimized staff training system program is proposed in detail at the same time.Finally,the protection measures in the W company staff training system optimization program in the specific implementation process needs to provide is introduced,including the establishment of the training effect transformation of the environmental support mechanism and improve the training effect of the incentive mechanism of two aspects.The research work of this thesis is based on the actual experience and theoretical analysis.The research result is based on the analysis of internal research data of A company,which has a positive effect on promoting and improving the quality and efficiency of staff training in W company.At the same time,it also has some reference value and significance to the enterprise staff training work.
