Today,with the rapid development of economy,human resources have become the first resource of enterprises.The growth of enterprises’ profitability mainly comes from the huge potential of human capital.Therefore,the training and development of human resources have been paid more and more attention,even improved to the strategic position of the organization.Through training,we can improve the skills and quality of employees,stabilize the working mentality of employees,enhance the centripetal force of enterprise organization,improve the coordination between employees and organization operation,and finally transform human resources into human capital,improve the economic benefits of enterprises,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,so as to realize their sustainable development.In the new era,Chinese enterprises will surely embark on the road of high-quality and high-tech development.In order to be invincible in the fierce market competition,it is necessary to establish its own talent pool and carry out professional training with targeted and obvious enterprise label.This paper takes Jilin Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as thermal power company)as the research object,and studies its human resource strategy.DT thermal power company urgently needs the support of talents,and there are many problems in the initial training of grass-roots employees.In order to solve these problems,based on the theory of human resources and the training experience of relevant excellent enterprises,this study optimizes the training system of DT thermal power company’s grass-roots employees through field research and analysis of employee training needs,in order to lay a good foundation for the training of DT thermal power company’s grass-roots employees.Firstly,this study reviews the concept,content,theory and method of staff training at home and abroad,and finds the theoretical basis,specific optimization principles and implementation methods for DT thermal power company’s training program optimization.Then,through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,this paper summarizes the problems in DT thermal power company’s training work.On the basis of in-depth investigation and study of the existing problems and cause analysis in the company’s training status,this study comprehensively optimizes the training system of DT thermal power company’s grass-roots employees in combination with the company’s production and operation objectives,training needs and the background of the company’s in-depth secondary entrepreneurship.According to the overall development objectives and performance objectives of the branch company,determine the optimized system and principles,and optimize the training of basic level employees of DT thermal power company according to the training organization system,training process system and training guarantee system.DT thermal power company,as a typical enterprise in the thermal industry,is representative of the industry.Therefore,the basic staff training system designed in this paper provides the results,research methods and ideas for the same type of thermal enterprises to build staff training system.
