Enterprises in the fierce market competition is an effective way to fully develop, scientific management of Human Resources, and Human Resource Development is the most important way to the training of employees, the competitiveness of modern enterprises increased the size of depends on the level of staff quality, which are very far-sighted focus on staff training company. But we also undeniable that, just as China's market economy, still in its initial phases, the Chinese enterprises are also far from perfect employee training. Employee training is still unstable and low status, is difficult to show the effectiveness of training.
