The study results show that although the planning and implementation scheme is still inadequate,on the whole, the mud house of straw reconstruction project in ShiXian Village is successful,provides a relatively successful cases for how to promote the living engineering construction of whole village relocation of living,realize the apartment administration,and improve farmers’ living environment;and accumulated much experience for our government’s coordinating urban and rural development.
