In the long run,with the depletion of fossil fuels,China still has serious energy security problems.The development and utilization of biomass can not only alleviate the energy crisis,but also can effectively solve the environmental problems caused by fossil energy consumption.China as a big agricultural country,crop straw is rich in resources.Crop Straw has a low cost,easy to obtain and other characteristics.It has become one of the main raw materials in the development of bio-fuels.At the same time,a reasonable straw can effectively prevent soil erosion and enhance soil organic matter content.It can be seen that crop stalks have very substantial energy and environmental benefits.To assess the total amount of technical and economic ecology of the possible source of straw resources effectively in China,From the perspective of preventing soil erosion,enhancing soil organic matter and long-term crop yield,put forward the concept of minimum soil retention;And using the literature research method and scenario design method,designed three kinds of soil ecological minimum retention situation.On this basis,combined with future crop yields,planting area,planting structure and straw use,calculate the total ecological amount of available straw resources and the density of straw resources in each region.Then,through the literature research method,designing the economic parameters of the energy utilization of crop straw project,combined with regional straw resource density,the maximum economic collection radius and technical and economic collection of different energy utilization of crop straw project in different regions.Finally,compared the amount of the oretical straw with technical and economic collection of energy utilization of crop straw project,sort out the total available technical and ecological ecology of straw resources which can be used in different energy utilization of crop straw project.?1?In the low,medium and high soil ecological reserve scenarios,the total ecological resources of the possible source of straw resources in 2030 were 227.96 million t,137.18 million t and 77.56 million t respectively,and the average straw resource density was 172 t·km-2,103 t·km-2 and 58 t·km-2,the available straw resources are mainly distributed in Henan,Shandong,Heilongjiang,Sichuan Province and other places.In addition,with the passage of time,straw resources can be transferred in space.?2?There are significant differences in the maximum economic collection radius of different scale and different types of straw energy projects in different regions,which are restricted by the factors such as straw resource density,project size,project type and project cost and income.Due to the impact of the project cost and benefit,the cellulose ethanol project in all scenarios is not economical,so that the maximum economic radius of the different regions in different scenarios is 0km.Under the above conditions,the cellulose ethanol project in different soil ecological minimum retention scenario,the final possible total economic output of straw technology are 0t.?3?In the use of straw resources technology and economic ecology total and the low soil ecological minimum retention scenario under the existing technical level and the policy incentive intensity,when ROI=0,the power generation project and the annual production of 10 000 tons of fuel molding project are feasible in economic and technical over the country.The total economic and ecological use of straw technology are 227.96 million t,and an annual output of 5 000 tons of fuel molding project are 17.67 million t;In the minimum soil conservation in the soil situation,ROI=0,And the total amount of straw available for the production project with an annual output of 10,000 tons is 137.18 million t,and an annual output of 5 000 tons of fuel can be 28.38 million tons of straw.In the case of the minimum soil conservation,ROI=0,power generation projects and the total annual output of 10,000 tons of fuel production projects available straw resources were 775.30,775.44,775.44 and 775.62 million t.In addition,with the improvement of ROI,straw energy projects can eventually use the total amount of straw resources will decline sharply.In order to promote the development of straw energy industry in China,we can give priority to Henan,Heilongjiang,Xinjiang,Shandong Province and other places in the development of straw resources.In the construction of regional crop straw distribution base,agricultural biomass energy development and utilization of industrial base,large straw direct combustion Power generation base and other large-scale comprehensive agricultural biomass energy development projects,we can give priority to the northeast and central China region.Policy,may be appropriate to reduce the annual output of 10 000 t of fuel injection project subsidies to improve the power generation project subsidies,and reduce the threshold of policy incentives in the layout of biomass energy industry,at this stage can give priority to the development of an annual output of 10 000 t straw fuel molding project,followed by planning and construction of 25 MW straw direct combustion power generation projects and 12 MW straw gasification power generation projects,and finally consider the planning and construction of 6 MW straw direct combustion power generation projects and an annual output of 5 000 t of fuel molding projects.
