Research On The Network Embeddedness And Innovation Performance Of Chinese Domestic Forms Under The Circumstance Of FDI Clusters

Since China adopts reform and opening up policy, multinational companies havechosen to invest in China, leading to the formation of clusters of FDI. How to make accessto and take good advantage of the foreign FDI clusters network resources and, and toenhance the technological innovation capacity has great significance for Chinese domesticforms. Therefore, it is especially important to make better use of FDI clusters and improvetheir innovation capacity through studying the mechanism of domestic network embeddingand innovation performance. Under the Circumstance of FDI clusters, this paper takeChinese domestic forms as the research subject, and study the relationships among the fourvariables in the theoretical framework of network embeddedness, knowledge acquisition,absorption capacity and innovation performance by Empirical analysis. This study showsthat through making use of network embeddedness, the domestic forms acquire knowledgeand enhance their innovation performance, and domestic forms’ absorptive capacity plays aregulatory role in this process. The results of this study have some theoretical significanceto Chinese domestic forms.Firstly, the cluster theory, network embeddedness, knowledge acquisition, knowledgeabsorptive capacity and technological innovation capability of the literature reviewed, andon this basis, defined the elements of the study, indicating the direction of research;followed by the local enterprise network in the context of FDI cluster proposed theoreticalassumptions embedded in the conceptual model of innovation performance, therelationship between the various elements; again by selecting the elements of metrics, thedesign of this article questionnaire, and questionnaire, access to research data through theprocessing of data analysis assumptions and conceptual model tested; Finally, theconclusions of this paper analyzed and summarized proposed recommendations, and limitations of this study and noted that further research directions in the future.
