With the emphasis on knowledge-based economy and accelerating globalization,the market environment is unstable and the technology has been changed fast.Enterprises are required to have diversified and dynamic knowledge and technology.It is very difficult for a single enterprise to acquire comprehensive knowledge and technology and also difficult to innovate by relying on internal innovation activities and internal resources.As a result,the boundaries of enterprise innovation are expanded.It is a trend to embed innovative networks.Innovative networks can bring about various knowledge and technologies,and it can provide different kinds of enterprises with value-added activities such as R&D,design,production and service,as well as tangible and intangible resource benefits,so as to enhance the innovative capabilities and innovation performance.Therefore,how to build and manage the relationship between the enterprise and the external network partners in the network which can improve the innovation ability of enterprises has become an important issue in the practice and alliance management of enterprises.In this paper,we choose the high-tech enterprises as the research object,aimed to explore and verify.the relationship between network embedded and enterprise innovation performance by adding knowledge obtained variables through empirical analysis.This paper first elaborates on the basic theory of network embeddedness,knowledge acquisition and enterprise innovation performance.Based on the existing researches,this paper puts forward a research framework which proposes a idea that the enterprise embeddedness has positive effect on knowledge acquisition so as to promote enterprise innovation performance improvement,namely "network embedding-knowledge acquisition-innovation performance"(NKP paradigm)theoretical model.Among them,the network embeddedness is divided into two dimensions:network centrality and relationship strength.Knowledge acquisition is divided into tacit knowledge acquisition and explicit knowledge acquisition.This paper discusses the network embeddedness,knowledge acquisition and innovation performance "(NKP paradigm),combineing with theoretical and empirical evidence to build a theoretical model,then carries on the questionnaire survey data collected by the high-tech enterprises as the object,using the theory of model validation of descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other statistical methods.the results show that the network embeddedness and knowledge acquisition have positive impact on enterprise innovation performance,network embeddedness also has the positive impact on the tacit knowledge acquisition significantly.The intermediary role of tacit knowledge acquisition is significant in the two dimensions of network embeddedness(network centrality and relationship strength)and enterprise innovation performance;explicit knowledge acquisition has an intermediary role in the relationship intensity and innovation performance;The intermediary role of explicit knowledge acquisition between network centrality and innovation performance is not supported by data.The purpose of this paper is to put forward some policy recommendations for high-tech enterprises to enhance their innovative capabilities and improve their innovation performance from the perspective of network centrality,relationship strength and knowledge acquisition.Enterprises need to embed in the cooperative network to seek a good location and to establish a high-frequency and trust interaction mechanism with partners to enhance their competitive advantage and get more complementary knowledge and resources from partners.In addition,it is necessary to consciously enhance the ability to acquire and innovate knowledge.We must attach gteat importance to establish a knowledge learning platform with members of the network in cooperative innovation networks,and encourage enterprise to break boundaries of knowledge to exchange knowledge and acquire more explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge openly and fairly,thus we can improve their own innovation performance faster.
