Research On The Impact Of Relationship Embeddedness?knowledge Acquisition On Technology Innovation Performance

Nowadays,technology development are becoming more and more complicated,meanwhile the global manufacturing network have been developing rapidly,which development brings new opportunities and challenges to the world's manufacturing enterprise.How to make use of the global manufacturing network promotes the enterprise's technology innovation level and the competitiveness,which is the manufacturing enterprise have to think about.The manufacturing enterprises in our country are embedded in the global manufacturing network,and satisfy their own development needs through the knowledge which are the overflow of the network.However,with the complexity of innovation,manufacturing enterprises can not meet the innovation activities only relying on the knowledge which are the overflow and the internal resources.Manufacturing enterprises must be embedded in the external network of enterprises,establishing a good network relationship with the network members,to obtain the resources for enterprise innovation.At present,knowledge is the key factor for realizing the creative and network embeddedness determine its knowledge level,therefore,how to obtain creating knowledge from the global manufacturing network is China's manufacturing enterprises need to solve.Based on this,in the perspective of network relation embeddedness,it research on the influence of enterprise's relationship embeddedness on technology innovation performance,and discusses how the enterprises to improve innovation performance.This thesis reviews and summarizes the literature,constructing research hypothesisa and theoretical model.On this basis,the questionnaire survey was conducted to Ningbo manufacturing companies,and this article analyse data using structural equation model and regression model,which gets the following conclusions:(1)The relationship embeddedness has a positive role on technology innovation performance;(2)knowledge acquisition has a positive role on technology innovation performance,and the tacit knowledge acquisition has more significant influence;(3)The relationship quality has a significant effect on knowledge acquisition,while the relationship intensity has a positive role on the tacit knowledge acquisition,and has no significant on the explicit knowledge acquisition;(4)The relationship intensity can affect the tacit knowledge acquisition to influence technology innovation performance,while the relationship quality promotes technology innovation performance by obtaining the explicit and tacit knowledge.(5)The reality absorption capacity can positively adjust the relationship between knowledge acquisition and technology innovation performance,and the potential absorptive capacity can't adjust the relationship between relationship embeddedness and knowledge acquisition.
