A human resources management is the core of compensation management, compensation management is the core of compensation rules. The enterprise should be in economic globalization and knowledge economy era to survive, it is necessary to use the salary to attract, retain and motivate talented people, so that their ability to be fully and continuously play, for enterprises to create more economic benefits. Therefore, the salary management is the competition for talent, promote the rapid development of enterprise management is the key.This paper adopts the international position evaluation, scientific job analysis and job evaluation, design to the position as the basis, broadband salary, as the core of the basic salary system, using the broadband salary design concept.In the Sony China R & D Department of a company R & D staff as the research object, trying to create a more flexible and incentive pay system, make the R & D personnel on the company a new compensation system more satisfied, on the basis of the R & D department at present actual situation, using the wide band salary idea on the original compensation system redesign, by on the original position to classification, classification, salary grades and salary content to design, combined with the employee occupation career path, competency model, put forward a new broad band salary design scheme, and the use of total compensation theory design and Sony China business strategy to match the salary strategy.Through the establishment of a new and more reasonable salary incentive system, a new compensation system is less than that of the original system has more incentive sex and scientific sex, make the R & D staff of company of new compensation system more satisfied, at the same time on the future development of enterprises play a better role.
