With the development of the economy and the market,the development of manufacturing enterprises in China has experienced a period of rapid development from the start to the expansion,many enterprises have R & D departments to continuously update the knowledge structure and technological innovation.R & D personnel to promote the company's innovation and development and development of commodity markets played a key role.Salary is the core of enterprise incentive R & D personnel,can mobilize the passion of knowledge workers,to stimulate high-quality talent innovation.Corporate governance in a research topic is to develop an effective and objective pay system,encourage R & D personnel technical innovation.By reviewing the relevant literatures,this paper makes a study on the problems of R & D personnel compensation and its incentive effect from Jinghua Company according to the problem orientation.On the one hand,to understand the R & D personnel monetary salary,job promotion and corporate R & D funding investment status quo.On the other hand,from the company's existing patent number,business performance and R & D staff efforts to assess the three dimensions of R & D personnel incentive effect.According to the R & D personnel incentive and incentive effects do not match the problem,the enterprise salary incentive optimization design.Combined with the results of R & D staff efforts to investigate the results,consider the external remuneration and internal remuneration of the two sides found that Jinghua company currently exists enterprise performance lag,R & D funding level is low,performance evaluation is not perfect,ignoring the R & D career development issues,The salary system refinement and improvement,and enhance the incentive effect of R & D personnel.In view of the problems of R & D personnel incentive incentive,the establishment of performance appraisal policy,flexible and rich welfare compensation,innovation products into market revenue sharing and other measures to develop more fit R & D personnel characteristics,to promote its serious work and can bring business efficiency incentives for the company system.At the end of the article,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the incentive mechanism,and makes a prospect for the future research.This study can provide some reference for the design and optimization of the relevant R & D personnel compensation system.
