Research On Optimization Of Supply Chain Of Hotel Catering Supplies Based On Real-Time Information Sharing Platform

With the rapid development of economy and social, and the inroads of foreignhotel companies,the traditional hotel model has been inappropriate for fierce marketcompetition. Continued use of advanced management methods and means to expandthe varieties of available resources, is an effective way for hotel companies to seekadvantage status in competition. As a new management approach for integration ofinternal resources and external resources of enterprises, supply chain management hascaused more and more concern of the hotel industry.In this paper, the study is carried out on the optimization of catering materialsupply chain towards the actual implementation of hotel catering supplies management.Sum up the problems and shortcomings of existing hotel material supply chain throughanalyzing the status quo, then determine the direction and goals of optimization:(1) useadvanced information technology, combined with a systems theory perspective, to builda dynamic integrated information sharing platform.Realize real-time sharing ofinformation in the hotel catring material supply chain,and provide real-time data for thesupply chain as the decision-making support;(2) Maintain the dynamic and flexibilityof the supply chain structure through supplier optimal selection,then achieve theoptimization of the structure of catering material supply chain.Through the analysis and study,draw the following conclusions:(1) real-timesmooth information sharing is the key to improve the competitiveness of hotel cateringmaterial supply chain;(2) the rationality and flexibility of supply chain structure is thebasis of efficient operation.Catering supplies supply chain optimized through these two aspects,and can be able to optimize and improve continually.
