Supply Chain Information Sharing Model Construction And Evaluation Research

Building a stable and efficient supply chain can help enhance the enterprises’core competitiveness and knowledge innovation. Coordination and cooperation is one of the supply chain management essence, and the effective coordination and cooperation is built on the basis of high shared information, so the supply chain information sharing is concerned widely in the industry.Information sharing is one hot spot of supply chain management, so far, there are a lot of research and published literature about it. However, these studies mostly explored one or several aspects about information sharing of supply chain management, and rarely designed information sharing model and implementation mechanism on the systematic and comprehensive point, as well as used comprehensive index to evaluate the supply chain information sharing effect. Therefore, in order to fully understand the supply chain information sharing and improve the degree of supply chain information sharing to realize its value, the paper constructed a supply chain information sharing model and its effect evaluation tool.The main content and innovation of this paper is as follows:(1)the paper studied and discussed five issues (the characteristics and content,values,obstacles,willingness and models of supply chain information sharing) related to supply chain information sharing in detail and built a large number of logical model which have clear orderliness and strong logic,to make readers have a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain information sharing, in order to provide a reference for future research;(2)by learning from existing research results and a comprehensive many excellent management ideas and methods such as information management, supply chain management, quality management and human resource management, the paper rebuilt the supply chain information factory in system thinking approach, including five parts:information sharing standards, information sharing platform, information sharing mechanisms, information sharing exit rules and information sharing evaluation house, to guide enterprises to improve the degree of supply chain information sharing and enhance collaboration among enterprises;(3)built a tool named information sharing evaluation house on the reference of quality house, evaluated the effect of information sharing comprehensively from competitive analysis and the safety,aiming at combining competitive analysis and (4)analysis of effectiveness which brought by different information sharing partnership to provide reference for the enterprise to determine how to improve the certain competitiveness by changing the partnership to improve information sharing effect; at the same time made information sharing safety evaluations from the perspective of information management mechanism, diagnosing security problems exist in different types of supply chain partners; finally the paper gave the application and analysis of the two model by taking Lenovo smartphone supply chain information sharing for example.
