Research On Information Sharing In Supply Chain Of LT Company

With the arrival of the economic globalization, customer demand is becoming more and more personalized. Global enterprises are facing more intense competition in the market. Enterprises have been unable to face the competition alone. They must closely cooperate with other, share information and regarded as a part of supply chain to achieve a win-win situation. At present, there exists huge difference in the information sharing in supply chain management, which will affect the performance of supply chain management. Because mastering unique information resources can bring to the enterprise competitive advantage, enterprise in the supply chain is always facing problem of the supply chain partners lack sufficient information sharing incentives.In this paper, we take LT Company as the research object and carefully analysis internal supply chain information sharing status and supply chain information sharing problems in LT Company through comprehensive research, combined with information sharing asymmetric information and agency theory. Based on the impact of information sharing obstacle factors in LT Company, we proposed construction of LT’s supply chain information sharing system. On this basis, this paper focuses on case studies and strategies for building LT’s supply chain information sharing incentives, and supply chain information sharing platform. Thus it demonstrates the LT can enhance the overall level of supply chain information sharing by using incentives and building the supply chain information sharing platform. This study also has certain significance on how to enhance competitiveness in the supply chain by strengthening information sharing for Chinese enterprises.
