Rapid development of high-tech development, causes the enterprise the increasingly fierce competition. Especially in the top of the wave, with lots of intelligence laborer of high-tech enterprises, is facing the infinite variations and challenges.More and more companies are expected to build a strong performance by management mechanism to evaluate, measurement and drive the organization performance of enterprises, form their own unique competition ability. But to start a business enterprise managers to in the process of enterprise development will meet adolescent "gap", how to out of the enterprise of performance management of the first step, at each step in the process will meet what kind of problems and adjust, and how to able to focus on business and management synchronous grow, how to let the effect of performance management exemptions, these managers have to face.This article through to the enterprise based on the different phases of the life cycle of the cognitive and characteristics, based on the research, according to the main body of the bearing performance management staff and organizations in different stage of the different characteristics of the show, and combined with the growth of the company with my OM process, the OM company performance management experience several development stages of the process of actual combat by layer are discussed.In this paper, the performance management theory at home and abroad and analysis tools, through the analysis of the OM company reached the following conclusion:the company in developing the performance management according to the different stages of their own development and the problems they faced, and a pointed to promote the enterprise internal management step by step and the implementation of the internal management system, the construction and pull, to achieve an organization overall improved performance, the enhancement enterprise core competitive power.In this paper, the role is about the domestic most walking in the enterprise life in the process of high-tech enterprises, is facing further growing or mature the turning point of the decline of the important stages, only in the process of the development of the theory according to the performance of each stage of growth experience, then through the performance management will enterprise bigger and stronger, for any business success of the high-tech enterprise how to implement the performance management, has a practical reference and practical significance.
