In today’s era of rapid development of science and technology, human resource has become animportant resource of enterprise life cycle, rising to the strategic resource of the enterprise, is an importantpart of the core competitiveness of enterprises. This thesis studies the related theory of enterprise life cycletheory, human resources management, the management of enterprise life cycle and human resourcesperformance associated exploration in today’s society, wealth is growing rapidly under the background ofthe times, how to make the enterprise’s rapid growth, diversify and limited human resources matching,perfect performance management system. That is to say the employee performance management, accordingto the strategic objectives, enterprises in different stages of development, the present situation of humanresource management, enterprise culture and enterprise status, dynamic adjustment. In this paper, throughthe case study of Z company, Z company analysis of the life cycle, enterprise performance managementstatus and the enterprise staff performance management problems. At Z, the cycle and performancemanagement of Z company performance management, put forward improvement strategies. Because Z iscurrently in the growth stage, the company performance management must face the standardizeddevelopment, to form a more perfect management system, so the author compares Z company in theperformance target establishment, performance planning, performance evaluation, performancecommunication and feedback, performance improvement, salary development put forward a sound proposal,to the promotion of Z company transition from growing to maturity.As can be seen from the study, Z company is in growth stage, have a certain ability to survive,development is rapid, in the period of rapid development, products and the direction of development isrelatively stable, the number of employees in enterprises is also increasing rapidly, the various departmentsis also improving, the initial formation of management system, but the management level is relatively low,efficiency is not high. According to Z company for5years to become the development objectives of thecity before the Sanjia health products company, need a steady and rapid development, and a large numberof raise or enlarge an army. In Z, the growth stage, in order to achieve the strategic target, human resourcesmanagement must be standardized management, so that the relevant rules and regulations is feasible, and make the performance assessment to reflect the true performance of employees, employee occupationdevelopment plan with the enterprise strategic planning and the level of the performance combine. Throughinvestigation, analysis, performance management of Z company has staff of the company performance isnot unified, cognitive subject of performance appraisal, performance appraisal index of single single,performance management, performance appraisal model of single feedback to improve, the performanceevaluation results, the lack of real application performance appraisal lack of standards and so on, need toset performance goals and the performance plan scientifically and rationally, and improve the performanceappraisal system including the increase in performance evaluation and the establishment of performanceappraisal index of perfect, strengthening the performance feedback and communication, and the results ofperformance appraisal and employee compensation combination development, in order to improve theworking enthusiasm of the staff, promote the staff’s personal development. Finally to the performancemanagement of Z company is scientific and reasonable suggestions, strategic objectives and to analyze thescientific work, can use the Balanced Scorecard method.
