Location Decision Analysis In Process Of Sk Company Migration

With the rapid development of China’s city construction and industrial economy, many major cities in the Country have implemented a series of industrial enterprise relocation strategy. Enterprise migration decision-making is an important decision; the whole process of migration planning and the selection of the relocating place have a significant impact to the enterprise. Therefore, how to scientific and rational research on migration decision-making will have a positive effect on improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises.First of all, in this paper, it is summarized that the research status of domestic and foreign enterprises migration, and point out the research for this paper will focus on the location decision analysis in the process of SK Company migration.Secondly, on the basis of the analysis of SK Company on the objective of location decision as well as its competitive environmental analysis of in the industry, it is proposed the key conditions when screening the candidate cities and thereof selected three target cities in accordance with the SK Company’s development strategies and investment scale. Next, we try to analyze the impact factors to the location decision, establish impact factors evaluation model with respect to cost advantage, abundant resources, geographical advantage, political and environmental superiority and sustainable development. The best migration location will obtain from the compared comprehensive evaluation result of each city, by applying Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive analysis methods. Finally, make qualitative analysis to the location results of the SK Company.In the analysis process of establishing evaluation model and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, it is possible to turn complex location decision problem with many impact factors into quantifiable and comparable conclusions, the enterprises learned the main impact factors that affecting location decisions, that can be used for similar problems analysis and it has important guiding significance to enterprise location decisions.
