The Wenchuan magnitude earthquake has brought massive casualties and property loss. The government and the whole society, after the earthquake, have invested a large sum of money to help people of the disaster area resume normal production and living and rebuild new better homelands. The research on strengthening the administrative supervision mechanism of after-disaster reconstruction funds in Wenchuan can help ensure the standard and effective use of the reconstruction funds after the disaster, provide powerful philosophical support and strategic safeguard for the after-disaster reconstruction and guarantee the smooth progress of the after-disaster reconstruction, so the research is of great importance. In the first chapter, the paper introduces the research background and significance as well as the adopted research methodology. In the second chapter, the paper gives a conclusion and review of the relevant theories and researches about reconstruction supervision mechanism both at home and abroad. In the third chapter, the paper analyzes the general situation and the main characteristics of the after-disaster reconstruction funds in Wenchuan.
