Reconstruction Of The Post-Disaster Areas Urbanization Problem Research

Since China reformed and opened30years ago, now,our country is at a critical period of development of urbanization, in order to make our country faster and better to complete this process, it is necessary to study theoretical on this issue and analyze and summarize the domestic and international experience, to provide reconstruction theoretical basis and practical model.Urbanization is a hot topic in our government and academia.Since earthquake happened on the May12in2008. This paper takes Jiangyou city as the typical case making the influence to earthquake-stricken area as the basement, using the inner and outer urbanization mode for references, to analyze the influence and restrict causes of earthquake-stricken area’s reconstruction, in order to build a future mode of urbanization development. Therefore, this paper builds a thought and mode for reconstruction area in the theoretical and practical way.The viewpoint of this thesis is that:it is the key point for reconstruction area that making the practicable strategy by the local urbanization factors, as well as inner and outer experiences. Then on the basis of this strategy, local factors and supported policies, to make a practicable measures for aim-achieving. As a result, this paper presents the advice that:it is necessary that Jiangyou city should take the coordinating strategy with the other reconstruction cities, which should also make focus on the specific and rational distribution of urbanization and industry development.
