Study On The Leading Effect Of Migrant Workers-Returned Entrepreneurship

After the financial crisis time, the global economy is still developing in difficulty. The European Sovereign Debt Crisis has not been yet completely eliminated. And with a variety of local or national conflicts of successive, the future is full of uncertainty. China is in the crucial moment of "transforming the way of the economic development"^"adjustment of the economic structure". The growth rate of the economy is starting to slow down. In the2012government work report, our government takes the initiative in turning the growth rate of GDP down to7.5%.It shows the determination of the state to implement economic reform. The ultimate goal of economic reform is to achieve sustainable development in China, from middle-income countries toward the high-income countries to further raise people’s living standards and improve people’s quality of life. All this tells us that livelihood issue is the core of all problems. As described in the2012government work report "to effectively protect and improve people’s livelihood, to solve the problems which concern people’s immediate interests. We continue to give priority to the people’s livelihood, and strive to make the benefits of development to all the people, and promote social fairness and justice." But the primary problem of people’s livelihood issue is undoubtedly the employment problem. The fact that migrant workers have become an important group in our society, the problem of employment of the migrant workers is bound to attract the world’s attention. At the same time, a large number of studies have shown that the financial crisis had given birth to the tide of the migrant workers returning home that was the time calls for, but also an important channel for the correct employment of migrant workers. Migrant workers-returned entrepreneurship directly solve the problem of employment of migrant workers-returned itself, but also to solve the difficult of all levels of government in dealing with the problem of employment of migrant workers. And migrant workers-returned entrepreneurship is individual behavior, but to solve several or scores or hundreds of times more the problems of employment of farmers than itself. Moreover, the behavior of the individual migrant workers-returned entrepreneurship will lead more people to return home to business. When this leading role achieves a certain threshold, it will be transformed into the group diffusion effect. And eventually whether it will form the universal entrepreneurial scene like Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province or not, is exactly what we need to guide.This thesis taking the Lujiang town in Anhui province as an example, by means of questionnaires and depth interviews to understand the entrepreneurial behavior of the region’s migrant workers-returned, emphases on the leading role of migrant workers-returned entrepreneurship, in order to do the ready before studying how convert the individual behavior to the group diffusion effect. The innovation of this thesis is the basic research on the leading effect of migrant workers-returned entrepreneurship. The thesis have divided the leading effect into forerunner leading effect and environmental leading effect, and make a normative study on the types of occurrence, the mechanism of occurrence, forms of them.
