The Research On Migrant Workers Returning Hometown For Entrepreneurship In Hebei Province

Migrant workers are a special group appearing in the period of economic transformation in China,which is the product of the system of urban and rural areas in China.The problem of migrant workers has always been one of the key issues of the "Country,Agriculture and Farm" in China.The problem of migrant workers who returning hometown to start up business has become a hot topic of the people's livelihood again with the idea of "Strategy of Double creations" which put forward by Prime Minister Li Keqiang.The thesis is created under the background of "Strategy of Double creations".The research method of the thesis is combined by "Literature research" "Questionnaire investigation" and " Statistical analysis".The author reads a large number of relevant literature papers in the early stage of creation,and gives out the questionnaire by the spot and the internet during the process of collecting data.The data collected are analyzed by using the "Logistic regression model" through the SPSS statistical software,and the results of the data analysis are finally obtained.We summarize the problems caused by the present situation of the migrant workers who have already returned hometown and the influence factors of entrepreneurial willingness of the migrant workers who were still working in the cities.At last,the author puts forward the pertinent countermeasures and suggestions combined by the policies that have been introduced and the present situation of Hebei province.There are two innovative points in this thesis.Firstly,the research content of this thesis is pertinent because the previous research on the migrant workers who returning hometown to start up business of Hebei province is not enough.Secondly,the research method of thesis is innovative because the subject of the thesis is divided into two parts the data collected are analyzed by using the "Logistic regression model".
