Originated from Toyota’s lean management mode is one of the world’s manufacturing enterprises recognized, the most effective production management mode, its core thought is " waste"," optimize the process structure" and" continuous improvement", for the manufacturing enterprise, lean management way is the most suitable one kind of production organization and management model, is the mainstream of the new century, management mode.Anhui A group company as the old state-owned enterprise, its main business of liquor industry ranks top long,1998-2007, subject to the impact of the external environment, as well as the decision-making mistakes, enterprise development ten years of decline. From the beginning of2007, in order to revitalize industry, the enterprise begins to introduce the implementation of lean management, and in three years, obtained better result. At present, in the face of increasingly fierce market competition, how to further eliminate the enterprise development problem of deep administrative levels, continue to enhance the A group lean management level, undoubtedly the need for managers to strengthen the study of lean thinking.This paper uses empirical research methods, the management theory and business practice. The main contents of the paper include the following aspects:first, the Toyota production methods--lean management theory and methods are summarized in detail and introduce this theory at home and abroad, and the development trend and research status were described. Secondly, in the above study on the basis of the theory of corporate, the lean production mode and traditional mode of production as compared to A group, the lean management analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of. Third, introduce the domestic industry and similar industries to establish lean management background, present situation, and based on lean management mode analysis. Finally, in reference to the same industry and similar industries on the basis of further perfect, A group of long-term development of the lean mode vary from minute to minute, in the face of the economic environment and market situation, continuously expand the A group Lean Development road.Mainly in the following three points:first, A group company to implement lean management we must firmly grasp the essence of lean thinking and soul, to ensure that the one hand the production of low cost, catch single-handed zero defect products, or it will be in a " fine and not beneficial " contradictory. Cost and quality as a lean management is an important content of the enterprise, any time will be up in a key position to do poineering work, otherwise it is ignored the essence of lean management. In second, the lean management of enterprises as a systems engineering, must not be confined only to the production of the workshop, but to the lean concept to the enterprise each departments, so that every employee, management control.
