Study On Construction Of Wanjiang City Belt Information Service System In Undertaking Industrial Transfer

On January12,2010, the State Council approved the Plan for the Wanjiang City Belt Industrial Transfer Demonstration Zone, which is to date the first of its kind in China as a national level demonstration zone for industrial transfer. It is believed that it will bring about significant demonstration effect in exploring a new model for industrial transfer and in guiding international and domestic industrial capital to an orderly and efficient transfer, and it is the driving force for accelerating the process of the rise of China’s central region and promoting coordinated development in the region.In this paper, by foreign and domestic industrial transfer theory analysis of the successful model of domestic and foreign information service system,to study the status of information service systemin Anhui Province and to undertake industrial transfer conditions, and then focus on transfer of industry to undertake with the construction of information service system to build content, and from the organizational structure of the information service system, the platform service object functions on the System.The first chapter is an introduction to this research background, significance, research methodology, innovation, and the specific framework of the research paper.The second chapter is the overview of the theory of the paper first analyzes the domestic and international industrial transfer theory, research, followed by analysis of domestic and foreign information service system, and finally discusses the transfer of industry and information services system.The third chapter analyzes the typical domesticand foreign infonnation service system is divided into foreign successful information service system,a successful information service system modelanalysis as well as at home and abroad with thetransfer of industry to undertake comparativeanalysis of the information service system.The fourth chapter is a detailed analysis of Wanjiang City Belt information service system development as well as current major problems,The fifth chapter for the transfer of industry to undertakewith the construction of infonnation service system to build content, and from the organizational structure of the information service system, the platform service object functions on the System.The sixth chapter is Summary and Outlook.
