Research On The Industrial Development Green Degree Of Regional Undertaking Industrial Transfer Based On DEA And PSM-DID

Undertaking industrial transfer is one of the effective ways to achieve economic interaction and connection between Developing Area and Developed Area.Under the background of Chinese economy new normal,Developing Area faces a lot of problems in the process of undertaking industrial transfer.How to improve the green degree of undertaking industrial transfer,promote transformation of industries as well as optimization of structure become one of the hot issues in theory and practice fields.In2010,the State Council formally approved “Wanjiang City Belt” to become Chinese first national demonstration area,which takes undertaking industrial transfer as the main task.Over the past few years,with its geographical advantage,Wanjiang City Belt has become the first selection of industrial transfer and economic radiation from Yangtze River Delta and the developed countries to Chinese central and west areas.For undertaking industrial transfer in other parts of the central and west areas of China,it is of great practical significance and reference value to evaluate the industrial green degree of Wanjiang City Belt.This paper combed relevant theories and research literature about industrial transfer as well as industrial green development,thoroughly analyzed the influence mechanism between undertaking industrial transfer and industrial green development,analyzed relevant indicators and key factors,built a more objective and scientific evaluation system.From the perspective of input-output,the paper combined DEA-SBM model with PSM-DID model to measure the green degree of undertaking industrial transfer.Then took Wanjiang City Belt as research object,made a comprehensive empirical analysis and evaluation.Finally,the paper put forward countermeasures and Suggestions about how to improve the industrial green degree of undertaking industrial transfer from the aspects of taking undertaking industrial transfer as the core task of regional development,positively guiding undertaking industrial transfer in high level,insisting on introducing “green industry”,adopting differentiation investment attraction strategy for each city and enhancing cooperation among the cities in the region.The research conclusion has reference significance for other areas in China to improve the quality and efficiency of undertaking industrial transfer.
