The Policy Research On The Optimization And Upgrading Of Industry Of LaiAn

As the development of reform and opening policy, our country has preliminarily realized industrialization. However, the vulgar growth pattern of "high energy consumption and high pollution, low output" can’t help the development anymore. Thus, the central government has the decision of industrial transference. The transference of eastern industry and mid-west continuing industry is an excellent developing opportunity for Anhui province, which is located in the middle zone.LaiAnXian, located in eastern Anhui province and near Nanjing, has geographical advantages, and is the "bridgehead" of industrial transference. LaiAnXian plays a role of reference to other areas in upgrading procession.
