During transition economic period, the market competition is getting more and more serious. In order to maintain sustainable competitive advantage in a complex enterprises’environment, the core point is the innovation. As the internal mechanism and the power source of the corporate innovation, dynamic capabilities’strength directly determines the performance and sustainability of innovation. However, from dynamic capabilities to firm innovation performance, intermediate Process is influenced by other variables, including environmental uncertainty is an important moderating variable. This research has analyzed the impact of dynamic capabilities on environmental innovative performance, and discusses the process and mechanism of the influence dynamic capabilities on firm innovation performance. Based on the previous research of dynamic capabilities and innovative performance, this study put forward the research supposition. Through the questionnaire survey and the collection of the data, this research has concentrated on the exploratory study about how the dynamic capabilities affect innovation performance, and reaches main conclusions as follows:1.There is a significant positive correlation among the three sub-capacity dimension of dynamic capabilities, and they all have a positive impact on the innovative performance. Specific reflected as follows:The reconfiguration capability dimension of dynamic capabilities has the most positive and direct impact on firm innovation performance. The learning capability dimension of dynamic capabilities has the least positive and direct impact on firm innovation performance.2. Environmental uncertainty has a significant and positive moderation effect on the integration capability, the reconfiguration capability and firm innovation performance, but has no moderation effect on the learning capability and firm innovation performance.3. The regression processes of the four selected control variables about the nature of the enterprise, industry sector, firm size and firm established are not significant, indicate that there is no significant differences about their impact on innovation performance. The article includes six parts:The first part is an introduction, which mainly introduces the research background of the article, the purpose, significances ideas and innovation points of the research. The second part is the review of the existing research. This part includes the reviews and combs of the research about dynamic capabilities, environmental uncertainty and firm innovation performance and the relationships among them. The third part shows the theoretical analysis and hypothesis. Based on the available research results, anthor puts forward the hypothesis and research model. The forth part is the design of the questionnaire and the test of the reliability and validity. In this part, author designs scientific and reasonable questionnaire and takes a investigation through learning from the maturity scale. To prepare for the further analysis, reliability test and validity test were complied based on the date. The fifth part is the empirical analysis. Firstly, author analyses the correlations between the main variables through the sample data. Then analysis shows the positive influence of dynamic capabilities on innovative performance. Finally, the modiating effects of environmental uncertainty is verified. The sixth part is the conclusion, the suggestion and the outlook. Author makes a general conclusion for this study, puts forward some management recommendations. Finally, author introduces the limitation of the study and proposes future prospects in this area.
