The Study Of The Effect Of Technicial Inovation Capabilities On Enterprise Performance Of The Moderating Role Of Management Innovation Capabilities

With the development of economic globalization, the competitive environment,which enterprises are facing are changing from domestic competition into theinternational market, innovation as an internal resources or capabilities of theenterprise has a great significance to gain a competitive advantage. High-techindustry as a pillar industry of our country represents the level of development ofChina’s advanced technology, Innovation is particularly important for high-techenterprises. Technical innovation and management innovation are important parts ofbusiness innovation, however, the emphasis on technical innovation in the high-techenterprise is far more than the attention of management innovation, Although to acertain extent, they also bring good benefits to the enterprise, but they cannot play abetter effectiveness of the joint development of technology innovation andmanagement innovation.In this study, through systematically analyze of technical innovationcapacibilities, management innovation capacibilities,the relation of technicalinnovation and enterprise performance, we get two assumptions that technicalinnovation capabilities can affect the enterprise performance and managementinnovation capabilities can moderating the relation of technical innovationcapabilities and enterprise performance. On this basis, establish the model of thetechnical innovation capabilities, management innovation capabilities and theenterprise performance theory model.The sample of this study are form the listed high-tech companies which areapproved between2008and2009and listed in Shenzhen and Shanghai stockexchange.According to the needs of the variables, deleting samples whichimportant data are missing on their annual report, and finally got a sample of140high-tech listed company. Upon completion of the sample statistics, use Excel toprocess the date, then use SPSS17.0to conduct descriptive statistical analysis of samples and variable, analysis of reliability and validity, and completes thecalculation of some variables for the next regression analysis.Use the SPSS17.0on the processed data to the regression analysis to test theassumptions of this study. The regression analyses results verify the hypothesis thattechnical innovation capacibilities have significant positive impact on enterpriseperformance and management innovation capacibilities can positively regulate thisrelationship. In other words,with high management innovation capacibility, theimpact of technical innovation capability on enterprise performance are strongerthan low management innovation. Finally, get the conclusion of this study and givesome recommendations for high-tech enterprises that rely on innovation to improveperformance.
