As one of the support industries of china’economics, apparel industry has played an important role in china’s economic developing since the foundation of the country especially after the Reforming and opening to the outside world. Every year, beside satisfying the apprel-demand of more the one fifth of the earth’s population. China’s apparel industry supplies a great deal of apparel products to the world market, and has earned trillions of foreign money to support the other departments of the nation’s economic system.At the same time, with the changes of the economic situation, china’s apparel industry faces serious developing challenge. The industry’s fast developing in the past decades. Ownong to the low cost obtaining from the cheap and easy-getting labor force and the low cost becomes industry’s way to get profit. But now this way is disappearing, The serious problem of the china’s garment industry is how to improve the core competitiveness of the china’s garment enterprises and to build our own brands.In addition to the elaboration of the core competenee of the corporation, this dissertation, linking with the realities of the Chinese corporations, puts forward the suitable way to develop the core competence of our domestic corporations. On the basis of the analysis and the methods to recognize the core competence and combining with the case analysis of ERDOS, the author thinks brand is the core competence of China and taking the advantage of the methods apply to model their brand, the author proposes the method to develop the brand of Chinese garment corporation. In order to cultivate and develop the core competence, the Chinese garment corporation should pay much attention and try to over take the competitors in brand modeling, in addition to assuring the product quality. Finally. this paper analysis the SEVEN WOLVES clothing enterprises how to acheieve a great success in the application of brand strategy.
