With the development of information technology, high-tech enterprises face the rapid updating of knowledge. Continuous innovation becomes the decision of enterprise competitiveness, but technological innovation has been difficult to achieve when only rely on one man operations or simple cooperation. Under modern social production conditions, the team work has become the inherent requirements of enterprises. Meanwhile, the innovative team performs complex tasks of creativity and it takes on the construction of national innovative system, we should attach greater importance to the team building and researches on the effective management.However, for enterprises inadequate understanding of innovative teams etc., in most cases, innovative team-building cannot achieve the desired results and hinder enterprises development. By reading the relative literature, the author finds that there is a lack of research on governance mechanism of innovative team. From this start point, a model for the effective management can be proposed to solve the problems that exist in the innovative team. The author analyses the operation mechanism of the model and verify the theoretical model through case.There are six parts of the full text. In part one, this paper preface the purpose of the research, contents and methods, as well as the fundamental framework. The second chapter provides an overview of the creative team of the relevant theory, and clarifies the concept of the innovative team features. Chapter three shows the theoretical basis and research path, including the team management theory, principal-agent theory, technological innovation theory and motivation theory. Chapter four focuses on the creative team of management model and operation mechanism. First, the paper points out the practical problems that existing in innovation teams. Specifically there is a lack of motivation, talents are not fully trust and corporate intellectual property rights mechanism is not sound. Then, the article incorporates the characteristics of innovative team into dynamic mechanism, incentive mechanism, trust mechanism and intellectual property right mechanism. Finally, the feasibility of governance mechanism of innovative team is tested by Microsoft (china).And provides reference of innovative team development from Microsoft to other high-tech enterprises.
