In the context of the ?Internet+? era,innovation,as a driving force for economic and social development,has become the key to maintaining the competitive advantage of organizations,and it has received increasing attention.This requires that organizations have unique innovation capabilities and can transform them into competitive innovation performance.Organizational innovation comes from the innovation of each team in the organization,and the team work form has become a common phenomenon in the organization.At the same time,the team members,as the vast majority of the team,have received less attention from the academic community in past research.Most studies are more concerned with leadership.Therefore,starting from the team members to explore the impact mechanism of team innovation performance is necessary for the development of the organization.Moreover,it is of great significance for the organization to mobilize the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of team members and promote the improvement of team innovation performance.Based on the above background,this paper systematically reviews the related research by consulting the existing literature at home and abroad,and uses the trait activition theory to explore the influence mechanism of team tradition on team innovation performance.According to role-related theories and empirical research,the team advocating behavior was introduced as a mediator variable,and the team innovation atmosphere was used as the adjusting variable between the team's traditionalism and the team's voice behavior.Second,on the basis of theoretical analysis,combined with previous research put forward the hypothesis of this paper.Statistical methods using questionnaires were mainly collected in Shanxi,Hebei,Zhejiang,and other areas,and 54 teams were surveyed.The data was tested empirically using SPSS 21.0 software and AMOS 21.0 software.The research results show that: team tradition has a significant negative impact on team voice behavior and team innovation performance;team voice behavior has a significant positive effect on team innovation performance,and it plays a part in the relationship between team traditionalism and team innovation performance.Team innovation atmosphere is to adjust the relationship between team tradition and team building behavior.The higher the team's traditionalism,the less the team's voice behavior,and the team's innovative atmosphere has a negative effect on the negative effects of both.This shows that by exploring the relationship between team traditionalism and team innovation performance.This dissertation uses trait activition theory to develop the "black box" of team members' traits on the behavior of team members,and initially explores the research model of "member trait-behavior-performance",which further enriches the theoretical research of team members' perspectives.Discuss the conclusions and provide practical management ideas and suggestions for team management in the organization.
