Nowadays in the times of knowledge economy, the survival and development of an organization depends heavily on innovation. Teams play the role of an important component of the organization, whose ability of effectively accomplishing the task of innovation and achieveing creative output are undoubtedly essential to the organization. Therefore, both in academic research and management practice, how to improve the team creativity become a hot issue. But research shows that, the generation of team creativity is not addition of team members'abilities, but a synthetic result of the combination of team process and team climateal factors.From the perspective of team climate and team process, this study explores the influence mechanism between Team Trust (TT) and Team Creativity (TC), investigating features and attributes of TT, and constructing Team Trust Model (TTM) from the perspective of system. This study introduces Knowledge Sharing (KS) as a mediator variable, exploring the role of it in the path of influence.The building of TTM comprehensive reviews of all the basis of TT from the system perspective. Including, Calculus-Based Trust (CBT) investigates trustors, Cognition-Based Trust (A-CBT) inspects trustees, Relation-Based Trust (RBT) examines the relationship between the two parties and Institution-Based Trust (IBT) reviews overall. This study examines the mediating role of KS in two dimensions of Explicit Knowledge Sharing (EKS) and Tacit Knowledge Sharing (TKS).This study carries out an empirical research, sampling 409 members of 61 R&D teams of small and medium sized enterprises of Dalian. Using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0, this study conducts EFA, SEM and regression analysis of sample data, to testify the rationality of Team Trust Model and to explore the effect mechanism of team trust on its creativity.The results show that, I. TT four-dimensional system model has good rationality, and Team Trust Scale reliability is good (?=0.936), which is corresponding compiled. II. There exist different ways for TT to affect TC through KS, of which 1. CBT and IBT affect the TC by the way to share explicit knowledge.2.Whereas A-CBT and RBT influence TC through sharing tacit knowledge. The study in depth understanding of team trust issue, reveals the mechanism of the TT on its creativity, which is significant to the management practice of knowledge based and innovation oriented teams.
