In recent years,the environment of the enterprise is changing rapidly,so the enterprise must master the ability to deal with urgent problems to survive.Therefore,the temporary team has become a form of management for the enterprise to effectively deal with the complex environment by virtue of its dynamic and other advantages.However,the level of trust between temporary team members is often low,most of them only deal with the work within their responsibilities,and often question the sincerity and motivation of team members,resulting in the general low performance of the temporary team.Based on this,this paper studies the performance of the temporary team from the perspective of trust.Swift trust is an important variable in the research from the perspective of trust.Swift trust refers to a unique collective consciousness and association form that can manage uncertainty,risk,vulnerability and expected problems in a team under the action of cognitive and emotional factors.Domestic and foreign scholars have studied the relationship between swift trust and team performance in temporary teams and found that swift trust has a positive effect on team performance.However,there is still a lack of research on the mechanism of the impact of swift trust on team performance.Therefore,it is necessary to further explore the mechanism of the impact of swift trust on team performance.Based on social exchange theory and social information processing theory,this paper attempts to explore the mediating role of transactive memory systems between swift trust and team performance from the perspective of knowledge management and team collaboration,and the mediating role of team helping atmosphere between swift trust and transactive memory systems.This paper takes the project team and r&d team as the research object,obtains 74 research samples from shanxi,Beijing,chongqing,Shanghai,nanjing and other places through questionnaire survey,analyzes the data with Spss22.0 and Amos17.0 software,and draws the following conclusions : first,swift trust has a positive prediction effect on team performance.Second,swift trust has a positive prediction effect on the transactive memory systems.Thirdly,transactive memory systems plays anintermediary role between swift trust and team performance.Fourthly,group helping climate plays a positive role in regulating the relationship between swift trust and transactive memory systems.Based on Chinese situation to verify the temporary team the positive effect of swift trust on team performance,and on this basis,discussed the transactive memory system in mediating role between swift trust and team performance,and sound out the moderating effect of group helping climate on the relationship between swift trust and transactive memory system,enrich the swift trust on team performance influence mechanism research,for temporary team effective in the actual management provides the certain enlightenment to improve team performance.
