| Accompanied by global economic integration, our automobile industry is fast growing. The opening degree of automobile industry is higher and higher, and the competition is fiercer and fiercer. In order to win the competition, automobile manufacturing enterprises need to strengthen their management and administration, lower costs constantly, and improve the service quality and the service level under this situation. And the logistics is a main field of lowering costs, which is "the third profit source" of the enterprise. So, as to our automobile manufacturing enterprises, strengthening logistics management seems particularly important.As the headwaters of the whole automobile logistics, the supplying logistics plays a very important role. The cost of supplying logistics directly influences the final profit-making situation of enterprises and whole supply chain .The paper analyzes the current situation and existing problem of our automobile manufacturing enterprise. And the paper proposes that it's the key to optimizing the automobile supplying logistics to introduce the third-party logistics (TPL) to the supplying logistics of automobile manufacturing enterprise. Combining with the current situations and characteristics of our TPL and automobile logistics at present, the paper proposes reconstructing the operation way of the supplying logistics. That means to implement the supply modes about "distribution center" and "Milk-Run".And we must choose the suitable TPL if the third-party logistics suppliers realize to optimize the supplying logistics of automobile manufacturing enterprises. On the basis of the characteristic of the automobile supplying logistics, the dissertation sets up the evaluation index system to choose TPL. And a synthetic method of principal component analysis (PCA) and hierarchical cluster analysis is presented to evaluate and select the TPL enterprise.Meanwhile, the purchasing amount allocation, which is in the purchase and supply of automobile manufacturing enterprise, is studied in the dissertation. And the dissertation sets up a mixed integer stochastic programming model of the purchasing amount allocation with multi-periods and multi-products, which is under stochastic demand and price discount. The model regards the minimization of the spare part, the order cost and the stock cost as the total goal, and it regards criteria such as the supplier's deliverability, promptness rate and accessory quality etc. as the constrained conditions. According to the method of the traditional treatment of chance constraint, the paper turns it into deterministic equivalent model. Combining with a numerical example, the LINGO9.0 is utilized to solve the example. Feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model is proved. |
