With the economy era coming and gradually global economic integration deepening, competition among enterprises becomes more and more fierce, while these competitions in the final analysis depend on talent competition, talent in contemporary enterprises occupy an important position absolutely. Nowadays, however, the general Chinese enterprises are facing brain drain, a problem of rising turnover rate, which is caused by irrational salary structure dissatisfaction among internal staff. To solve the problem, retain employees and stimulate their enthusiasm for the work and potential require urgently to be addressed.This paper is to study XC company, with advanced broadband pay theory and the company’s traditional pay system according to the original depth exploration and research. Then rebuild scientific and reasonable broadband pay system of XC company. Hoping that the broadband pay system can solve the current problems existing in the process of the development of the company, improve employee satisfaction and loyalty, achieve the ability to retain key personnel, attract foreign talent and ultimately enhance the company’s core competitiveness and promote the company’s development.Firstly, the paper briefly described the study’s background, compensation theory and dynamic international research and then described the theoretical framework of compensation management, by which it determined the content and ideas; Secondly, this article reviewed the pay status of XC company, obtained the company’s problems by using field surveys, questionnaires and interviews and then detailedly analyzed the main problems. Before XC company’s broadband pay system being designed, the article also carried out the applicability of analysis. Finally, the article proposed some corresponding security measures of new pay system.The article was based on the background of XC company, and then redesigned XC’s pay system. In the process writing, article examined issues related to compensation management, which not only established a scientific and rational pay system for XC company, but also have some reference value for other companies.
