In the fierce market economic environment at present,human resources is a very important factor if enterprises wants to walk forward steadily.Enterprises have to attract and retain the Critical talents,especially for technology-based enterprises of third-party testing organizations,senior technical staff is also a Critical resource.The market is a dynamic process,with the changes of the market economic environment,the compensation management system of enterprises should be also adjusted.Only if the compensation management system is scientific and reasonable,they can make the Maximize human value of employees and allow enterprises to face the fierce competition of market better,to get an invincible position in the market and create more material wealth for the community.Compensation is the basis of a close relationship between enterprises and employees.The compensation system plays a vital role in maintaining stable relationship between employees and enterprises,and even the sustainable development of enterprises.Therefore,enterprises must do well in compensation management.Recently,compensation management has become the core issue of company's human resource management and the level of it plays an important role,thus affact the organization's creativity.This article takes chongqing shiyi product quality testing limited liability company as the research object,come out with the existing problems in the compensation system and analyzed the reasons for these problems are presented.By consulting a large number of research materials and combine the actual situation of compensation management of chongqing shiyi product quality testing limited liability company,to puts forward the basic framework of compensation structure based on broadband compensation theory and Design process and design scheme.At last,This paper puts forward some Suggestions on the guarantee measures needed in the implementation of broadband compensation in chongqing shiyi product quality testing limited liability company.
